Moved to St Paul Mn and got married to an American gal. Had one daughter Lindsay. Then remarried about 16 years ago to Yvonne Brewster and we have been together ever since.
I have always been very handy and can fix anything. I have always had a passion for real estate and they used to call me Mr Open House.
I have worked in Printing for the last 40 years but the last two have been retraining to be a Home Inspector. I am also qualified for mold inspections moisture inspections and radon inspections as well. I use state of the art equipment and also the software we use for inspections Home Inspector Pro is in my opinion the best out there.
This seems like a natural place for me because I like people and am very very fussy about details and in my own house and work things must be perfect or it bothers me. I enjoy meeting new people and inspecting different styles of houses.
I try to be fair about all issues and want to present my customer the best most detailed report as possible. I am very flexible on schedule and am more than willing to help customer with tight deadlines etc. I try to be very transparent and basically what you see is what you get.
